Our manufacturing lines include dedicated injection molding cells for PC and PA materials, each optimized for material-specific thermal profiles and precision optical requirements, alongside CR39 casting and assembly workshops and more. We provide professional one-stop lens finishing solutions, leveraging advanced 5-axis CNC automation for precision cutting, micron-level laser engraving, and high-adhesion pad printing to deliver durable proprietary branding. Our fourth hard coating line – featuring a larger washing tank and higher hourly throughput – enables PC and nylon lenses with double-layer coating to pass 168-hour QUV aging and 800g eraser abrasion test without defect. Complementing these capabilities, our automated PC polar film removal system eliminates manual inconsistencies, while our in-house mold shop ensures rapid turnaround for customer-specific lens designs.

X&C Optical in-house testing capabilities include QUV, salt water resistance, and RSL (Restricted Substances List) testing. We also conduct comprehensive in-house ISO 12312 testing, covering transmittance, eraser abrasion, boiling resistance, perspiration resistance, QUV Aging, adhesion, contact angle measurement, drop ball impact, color u0394E*ab, AR reflection rate, hard coating thickness, polarization axis alignment, and polarization efficiency.
We utilize various test instruments, e.g. Filmetrics machine to measure the hard coat layer thickness and AR reflective performance, the projector to check lensu2019s length, width and perimeter after the cutting, and the polar efficiency and axis tester etc.
