Skiing Solution - Example

  • Dual-Lens (Thermal Barrier) + Micro-Porous Ventilation
Outer Lens Material:Polycarbonate
Inner Lens Material:Acetate anti-fog substrate
Lens Color: Cat.0.1.2.3.4 + Mirror coating (Silver Mirror / Blue Mirror / Red Mirror)
Base Curve: Spherical/Cylindrical/Toric

Our dual-lens system creates a thermodynamic buffer layer, isolating body heat from extreme external cold — like a down jacket for your eyes.

How to choose Skiing sunglasses?

  • Dual-Lens System: A sealed air layer forms between the inner and outer lenses (similar to double-pane windows). The inner lens maintains a temperature close to the face, while the outer lens contacts cold air, eliminating conditions for condensation.

The dual-lens design is a reliable anti-fog solution for ski goggles. Our permanent anti-fog coating is chemically bonded to the acetate base material, offering resistance to wiping and washing.

For the outer Lens Material we choose Polycarbonate for its lightweight and excellent impact-resistance. With scratch-resistant hard coating, PC lenses are best suited for high-performance sports.

Purple/Pink: contrast boost; may reduce perceived eye fatigue for some people

  • It alters color relationships so edges/boundaries can look more distinct in complex lighting and is best for snow sports.

Yellow/Orange: brightens low-light scenes and enhances contrast (with strong color shift)

  • It reduces some blue-light scatter, making outlines clearer in haze/overcast conditions – best for fog, dusk, shaded routes, and skiing in flat light.
  • Color contrast: By precisely controlling the transmission spectrum to allow pure red, green, and blue wavelengths to pass, perceived colors become more vivid and true-to-life. Blocking 570nm~590nm increases red-green contrast sensitivity, assisting users in identifying targets faster in complex lighting environments.
  • Photochromic: Under variable sunlight conditions, photochromic lens can be very helpful and can ensures safety when skiing.
  • Mirror coating: The standard coating for ski goggles; can reduce glare and have a shining look. We also offer goggles with differents elements or patterns printed on the surface.
  • Hard Coating Layer: adding this top layer can prevent scratch, making it more durable.
